Lauren swung open her locker door and shoved her homework into the back. She dug around for her chemistry text book. She glanced to the side to see a boy opening the locker next to hers. She recognized him from the lacrosse team. His name is stiles and he always hung out with Scott McCall.

Ugh, Mr. Harris is next. I hate that asshole. He's always being interrogated by my dad, therefore he hates me. I didn't do anything to him. I can't even move without getting a detention in his class. I turned away from locker to see a pretty blonde girl looking for something.

"Holy Hotness... er Hello, I'm Stiles. "

Lauren glanced behind her, expecting to see that stiles was talking to one of the popular girls, but he was actually talking to her.

"Um, hey. I'm Lauren West." she smiled kindly. "I've gone to school with you since we were little, so I know who you are." she laughed nervously.

"Oh, um, that's nice. How come you haven't bothered saying hi to me?" I said. She was attractive, nowhere near as attractive as Lydia, but very cute. I was slightly blushing, and I was smiling.

She shrugged. "I don't really know. You've always seemed busy with Scott and stuff." she said as she looked around for her buried text book. "but now we're locker buddies so mayb we can talk more?"

"Of course we can. Here's my number. Call me when I'm not playing with my self ... erm, I mean playing lacrosse" I said, handing her a piece of paper with my number.

She smiled and slipped the piece of paper into her pocket. "What class do you have next?" she asked him as she found her textbook. She grabbed her notebook and shut her locker.

"Chemistry, with Mr. Harris. You?" I said, calmly.

"whoa, me too!" she said and gestured to the textbook in her hands. The warning bell rang. "well I guess we better get to class" she stated.

"Okay, walk with me?" I said, waiting for her answer.

"Sure...buddy," she replied, awkwardly. She mentally scolded herself for being so weird. She made sure she had everything and then they both walked to chemistry class together.
